Running the Event:
As your guests arrive, they will be given a seat card. This will tell them their starting table and seat number. Upon arriving at the table, the dealer will direct them to their seat, collect the seat card and give the player their starting chips.
Once all players are seated, the tournament director will announce to the dealers to “Shuffle Up and Deal” as seen on many televised poker tournaments. Any late players will still be allowed to play. A position will be held for them and any blind bets will be removed from their chip stacks as if they were folding their hands.
Play begins with each player receiving an equal amount of chips. There will be two “Blinds” posted per hand to force action. As play progresses, the amount of the “Blinds” increase. The tournament director will customize the “Blind” amounts based upon the starting chip stacks as well as the number of players in the tournament and scheduled length of the event. Most events will take 3 hours but larger events can take longer.
As play continues, players will be eliminated from the tournament. The tournament director will continually move players around and balance out the tables to try to keep the numbers of players at each table even.
What we provide:
- Tables – We use high-quality Texas Hold’em tables. They have padded railings and cup holders and professional felt used in many casinos. Our tables seat ten players plus the dealer.
- Tournament Director – The tournament director will be the main person in charge of your event. He will set up the blinds and chip amounts to make sure the event ends on time. He is also in charge of moving players around and breaking down tables until the final table is reached and a winner is ultimately declared.
- Dealers – Our dealers are professionally attired in tuxedo shirts and bow ties. Our tournament dealers receive additional training to ensure your event runs smoothly and all of your guests have a great time. They will also assist novice players by clearly explaining rules and procedures.
- Tournament Software – We employ tournament software from a tournament director to track play and blind levels as well as to keep the tournament clock. We can also provide a projector or television system for larger events to display the event information onto a screen to keep all players informed about the progress of play.
- Accessories – All chips, cards, and other poker accessories needed to run a poker tournament. We use 100% plastic Copag and Kem poker playing cards.

Team Building Casino Theme Party with Casino Party USA!!!!
A casino theme party team-building event, with Casino Party USA, is a fun and interactive way for colleagues and team members to bond, collaborate, and strengthen their working relationships in a relaxed and enjoyable setting. It simulates the excitement and glamour of a real casino while encouraging teamwork, communication, and strategic thinking.
Casino Party USA will provide the Emcee / Host for your event, and help explain the Team Building exercise. Here’s an outline of what a casino theme party team-building event might involve:
1. Venue Setup: The event is typically held at a suitable venue, such as a banquet hall or conference room, that can be decorated to resemble a lively casino atmosphere.
2. Casino Party USA can provide the DJ with Sound & Light, as well as great atmosphere and decorarions.
3. Casino Games: Various casino games will be set up, offering a mix of chance and skill. Common games include:
• Blackjack: A card game where participants try to beat the dealer’s hand without going over 21.
• Roulette: A game of chance where players bet on the outcome of a spinning wheel.
• Poker: Texas Hold’em or other variations, where players compete against each other with the best poker hand winning.
• Craps: A dice game where participants wager on the outcome of the roll.
• Slot Machines: Fun and easy-to-play slot machines can be set up for casual enjoyment.
4. Team-Based Gameplay: Participants are divided into teams, encouraging collaboration and teamwork. Each team will be given a certain amount of play money or chips to use at the casino games.
5. Team Challenges: Besides individual gameplay, there can be team challenges that require collaboration and problem-solving skills. These challenges might involve solving riddles, completing casino-themed puzzles, or participating in casino-themed mini-games.
6. Casino Dealers and Croupiers: To add authenticity to the event, professional dealers and croupiers can be hired to run the games, providing guidance and entertainment throughout the evening.
7. Prizes and Awards: At the end of the event, teams can cash in their chips for raffle tickets or play money, which can be used to win prizes. Prizes can range from small tokens of appreciation to more significant rewards for the winning team.
8. Networking and Socializing: In addition to the games and challenges, there should be plenty of time for participants to mingle, network, and build connections in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.
The goal of a casino theme party team-building event is to foster team spirit, communication, and camaraderie among colleagues while providing a memorable and enjoyable experience for all participants. It allows individuals to let loose, have fun, and get to know their coworkers outside of the regular work environment, ultimately strengthening the team dynamics in the workplace.
